Standard fit, so order your usual shirt/hoodie size for a standard fit. Size down for a more athletic fit. The "Hybrid" Hoodie features a generous torso length so taller grapplers won't have issues. Model is 6'2" (180 lbs) wearing an unwashed size Medium. Shrinkage is negligible.
